Manual. 2. The application's start screen

The top line of the screen contains the following elements from left to right: the application's name and version, the "Help" button (a small user's guide) and the "Close" button (is used for closing the application).

There are four square buttons below.
1. The top left button "Map" is used for navigation.
2. The top right button "Search" opens the "Search" mode.
3. The bottom left button "My places" opens lists of favorite points and tracks.
4. The bottom right button "Settings" opens the application's settings.
